SAILS is an abstract experimental series inspired by a moment of pure clarity. The idea came to me the day after I accidentally walked into a clean glass wall, fracturing my nose and falling to the floor. As I sat up that night, trying to prevent my nose from bleeding back into my head, I felt a sense of clarity and curiosity. This led to weeks of creating minimalistic "paper sculptures" using neon paint, paper, drawings, and light. The pieces were put together digitally, similar to a collage.
